SpaceX to Launch DOGE-1 to the Moon!

Geometric Energy Corporation (GEC) announced the first-ever commercial lunar payload paid entirely with Dogecoin. Its DOGE-1 Mission to the Moon will involve Geometric Space Corporation mission management collaborating with SpaceX to launch a 40kg cubesat as a rideshare on a Falcon 9 lunar payload mission in Q1 2022. The payload will obtain lunar-spatial intelligence from sensors and cameras on-board with integrated communications and computational systems. Dogecoin has been chosen as the unit of account for all lunar business between SpaceX and GEC. 

China’s Digital Yuan Smart Card to Feature Biometrics and Fingerprint Scanning

A new smart card that features biometrics specifically designed to work with the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) digital currency/ electronic payment (DC/EP) central bank digital currency (CBDC), is reportedly being created. Smart card maker Chutian Dragon is reportedly working with IDEX Biometrics, a Norwegian provider of advanced fingerprint identification and authentication solutions, on a new card-based DC/EP digital wallet solution for the DC/EP.
